Thick black charcoal on light grey cave walls looks good to me.

Might want to keep an eye on your mom too....

What a makeover! I'm a fan of the sidebar, although I think it could have a little more info. On the main forum page as well, threads used to show the number of replies and who replied last and when. That info was useful in selecting which thread to read.
The 1.5 spacing is also throwing me a bit.

On the sidebar, I would prefer to see the 5 most Recent Threads instead of whatever you think of as "most active".
The gutter between the sidebar and the posts is too skinny.

First, apologies for any repetition of other poster's thoughts if that's what I'm about to do. New format is not to my liking, maybe I will get used to it. I usually read an entire thread before posting, but it is so tough for me to use I have not done that. I don't care much about design, I focus on function. The dramatic increase in space used to present a post has resulted in a sparse amount of information on the display. A big drawback for me. The big cutback on number of recent posts displayed on the top page means I'm just not going to see as many. I'm not going to chase the content updates nor check for new information every hour. I do find the posting process has improved. Finally, my number one criticism: search does not work. Keyword "gambling" returns NO hits. Big, big problem, as search is the tool that overcomes being lost in the site structure.

I would like to see the recent threads area show 10 or 12 instead of 5. I think the new members should be moved to the very bottom where the community info is. There is no reason to put new members right in the spot light. If people really care they can look to the bottom of the page.
Expect the worst and you will never be disappointed.

I just go to http://wizardofvegas.com/recent instead of the front page.

Hey Guys,
Here are my 2 cents about the new WoV.com. The new setup sucks. It's NOT as easy to find and follow up on previous posts. For example, I have to google "leukemia" & "GreasyJohn" in order to read Greasy John's latest posts.

I also have to google "everything dies baby" & "7star4now" in order to read AC posts.

Hmm... it seems I'm going to google every thing within the new WoV.com in order to read and respond to previous posts.

I'm OK with Corps which pick and choose clienteles. Both insurance companies and casinos have the right to pick and choose customers. They may keep profitable ones and kicked out the rest. But, I'm not OK with a casino supervisor who says counting cards... is like stealing food from a buffet (a foodlifting offense), or video-taping a movie in a cinema (a piracy offense).

The copyright info at the bottom of every page is also incorrect (assuming that the rights transferred at the same time as the money in the sale...)
