SpceX is at it again

The latest falcon 9 launch to the International Space Station is scheduled for today (10/7/12). The coverage webcast begins at 7:55 PM EDT:

Yay! Dragon's in orbit!

That's SpaceX's mission control room. the employees standing outside are watching the launch. To the upper left there's a Dragon capsule.

Now Dragon has to chase the ISS and meet up with it. Then dock. This should happen on october 10th. It will stay dockedd at the ISS for two weeks, I think, then return to Earth.

BTW the Dragon is designed to ferry passengers as well. It hasn't been used for that yet, nor does NASA have any plans as far as I know for using it that way. But SpaceX does. The only other existent system for ferrying people into orbit is the Russian Soyuz.
