I do think you'd like Heritage Steak House at Mirage. Get the brisket. :)

Anyway it was very good and I was blown away by people paying that much for food. At least the servers were smart enough not to talk about the Superbowl and the Seahawks as I am still hurt over that whole deal.
Le Cirque was good, that's my first time there, I didn't even know it existed. The food was very good and I love the fact they have a tasting menu.
They even let me substitute the wine paring menu fish dish for 2 meat dishes instead.
