Will MLife match tiers for Total Rewards gamers?

I was thinking about going to some MGM casino properties with relatives in the future. They have MLife membership and I usually play Total Rewards, since there are more casinos in their network in my area. I have Platinum membership in Total Rewards, so I was wondering if MLife would match my tier (which I suppose would be Pearl) to win my business. Anybody know anything about this?

I've never heard of it happening, so probably not. I feel like it would be well-publicized if it were available.
Now, if you were Seven Stars you might be able to negotiate something with a host...but Platinum I seriously doubt it.

I think that this would be a good idea at casinos, at least to match up to the first level above entry leve.
Up until last week I was Saphire at M-Life but Platinum at CET. So at Caesar's I could skip the buffet line that might be 20-40 minutes at Bellagio. This would push us over to Caesar's for breakfast in the morning where I could cut us to the front of the line. Eventually we would make our way back to Bellagio, but not until my wife and I had each played probably $500 in slots or table games.
I don't understand why they don't do it, again at least to the minimum level to keep people from leving to avoid the lines.
