Is anyone heading to the 'ICE' exhibition next week, 25th - 27th January? It's the UK equivalent of G2E and should have a reasonable selection of new games/machines.

It was quite busy and featured a reasonable amount of new products, mainly electronic.
I mainly find it a good place to meet up with colleagues I haven't seen for a while.

The world's most complete gaming exhibition
ICE – Totally Gaming is the most comprehensive and international b2b gaming exhibition on the world stage. Featuring more than 400 exhibiting companies active in the online, mobile, betting, bingo, casino, lottery and street gaming sectors, ICE attracts operators and gaming professionals from 100-plus nations to London’s Earls Court Exhibition Centre. The exhibition is packed with hundreds of genuine gaming innovators who will be launching thousands of new products and technologies. ICE 2011 included a programme of seven unmissable conferences covering innovations in gaming.
CE Casino
The historic home of European Gaming.
For 20 years ICE has relentlessly pursued the best interests of the casino industry.
It has grown in stature, size and importance to become a global event that represents everything that is relevant to the best interests of exhibitors, visitors and the industry itself.
ICE Casinos works in partnership with the entire industry.
* It is never partisan.
* The show supports everyone in the global casino industry in every way imagainable. (If you have the smallest query all you need to do is ask - even a last-minute hotel room isn't too much trouble for our teams!)
* It includes the critically important element of Legislators and Regulators (the global Legislators Forum at ICE is a unique event).
* The show takes place at one of the world's greatest commecial and transport hubs - London. It occupies prime exhibition halls (Earls Court) in the very centre of this vibrant and exciting city. (Home to some of the greatest casino heritage in the world.)
* Year-on-year exhibitors and visitors alike have said it is the most valuable three days in their business calendar. 2011 will be no exception.
Sad to say, I had never heard of it . The above is my google result. I wonder if MOBILE was even a category last year Switch ?
ICE Mobile
Perhaps no area of technology has moved so far, so fast, than mobile communications.
And that speed continues to have a direct impact on global gaming.
2010 alone has seen the launch of iPad and iPhone 4, among many others. They have brought gaming to another dimension.
ICE Mobile will bring you together with the world's foremost games and software creators. And for three days you can access each and every one of them.
Keeping your business at the cutting-edge of this technology is critical in such a fast-moving sector. And with such an easily distracted customer base, it is a continuous process of stimulation and encouragement.
You cannot afford to be left behind for a moment.
ICE Mobile will ensure you are not.

I had planned to, but someone told me the Concorde has been grounded. Is this true ?
Shed not for her
the bitter tear
Nor give the heart
to vain regret
Tis but the casket
that lies here,
The gem that filled it
Sparkles yet

I've put together a map showing some (NB not all) the central London casinos, Excel, the two stations at the end of the DLR (I think you have to change if coming from Bank, but not from Tower Gateway - but they've added more stations since I used it last) and a few other tube stations.
For those coming from Heathrow, it's either the Piccadilly line or the express which comes into Paddington, or the M4 which turns into the A4 to Hyde Park Corner (south end of Park Lane) and to Piccadilly Circus.
