I just thought I would share this resource to other inventors:

You can file a trademark in multiple countries (including the USA) using just one application due to an international agreement.

Trademarks aren’t very useful to game inventors.
If someone is gonna steal your idea, they most likely will give it a new name, whether the name is trademarked or not.
