Any ideas on a fair lease price for a new side side bet in craps (per table)?

$0.

Seriously.

At least until it has a few installs with good numbers etc.

I totally agree with Teddy. I don't even care if it is a stand alone game. It is so tough to get placements and I would think if you put the pre-requisite time, effort and energy into this journey as it takes to get to where you are literally getting placed then I'd be willing to bet you did not do it to just make a few extra bucks but rather
are going for the fences. I am going for the fences and I have yet to reach them. Until I do the price is free and I am even offering to cover the costs associated with a CSM. I am not as experienced as some of these guys on this site who truly are the standard for the industry but my two cents is to make it as easy as you can for them to say yes.

I agree 100%. You should be so lucky as to even get anyone to be the guinea pig and take it for free.
