With Gorsuch being confirmed tomorrow and the 2013 Democratic Nuclear Option now being applied to all judicial appointees, does anything change related to table game patents that don't contain a specific device?

What about when Ginsburg & Breyer pass away and get replaced by conservative Trump nominees in the next 7 years? Does a 7-2 Supreme Court have a different opinion on "abstract subject matter" when it comes to live table game patents?

No, the main cases related to abstract subject matter were unanimous (Alice & Prometheus). I am not a lawyer, hopefully they can find a way because I personally think they're wrong. Not regarding other subject matter though, it's a slippery slope.
Its - Possessive; It's - "It is" / "It has"; There - Location; Their - Possessive; They're - "They are"

I'll be surprised if Trump is reelected at this point.

Gorsush, nominated by the racist, sexist, rapist, and scam artist Trump, and was subsequently confirmed with the help of the Nuclear Option as you pointed out would have no impact on table games’ patent because our legal system relies on judicial precedent to maintain uniformity and stability of the judicial processes. It would be very difficult or very rare for a recently set judicial precedent to be overturned. However, the precedent set by the Court can be “overturned” through legislative process. With the racist, sexist, rapist, and scam artist Trump in the WH, and the GOP controls Senate and House, the "abstract subject matter" that concerns you can be “legislated” with the help of lobbyist or special interest group(s).

Alice 101 and Bliski creates difficulty in patenting live table games, but they can also be used as the legal principles to invalidate live table games that were patented before Alice and Bliski decisions. Do you think your BJ patent is strong enough to withstand challenge any anyone on the basis of Alice and Bliski legal principles?

But how do you feel about Trump?

I'm not sure if I'm reading his posts correctly, but I get the impression that he is a hard core supporter...

Just to put it in perspective, anyone who would say anything like that about Obama was labeled a "racist " by the left immediately with no discussion on the merits of the point.

Anyone who doesn't see how the left is treated differently than the right isn't looking.

False equivalency.

There was no evidence that Obama was a racist, sexist, rapist, and scam artist. There is evidence (and some lawsuits/settlements) supporting Donald being all of those things.

Although not relate to patent case, this latest Court ruling regarding equal pay dispute relies on a legal precedent set in 1982.
https://www.yahoo.com/news/court-employers-pay-women-less-based-past-salaries-192210990.html

I think this equal pay dispute ultimately will be heard by the SCOTUS, and it is up to the SCOTUS to clarify the 1982 precedent or set an entirely new precedent. Congress can play a role here too by amending The Equal Pay Act, signed into law by President John F. Kennedy in 1963, but will Congress take on this act under its leader, the racist, sexist, rapist, and scam artist Trump?

The legal example cited above has nothing to do with patent law, but it would give you an idea about our political & legal processes...
