MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge S. James Otero: The Court is in receipt of the Declaration of Trevor J. Zinc re Service of Process filed in response to the Court's March 30, 2016 minute order. It appears as though Plaintiff Paz Gaming, Inc. ("Plaintiff") has attempted service of process on Defendants Racing Card Derby Holdings, Ltd. and Anthony James Brown ("Defendants") in the manner prescribed by the Hague Convention. Plaintiff has not, however, submitted proof that Defendants have in fact been served pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(l)(2). Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to submit proof that Defendants have been served within sixty (60) days of the issuance of this order. Such proof may be in the form of a certificate issued by the Central Authority of Australia showing that service has been attempted or effectuated. See Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters, art. 6. A failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of the instant action. (lc)
