Beginning of the end?
Finally? I think so. Looks like K2 jumped over Lake Side in demanding everything stay in California for liquidation.

Despite all this bad news, the market cap is still 2.81 M. source.

Couple of things there Wiz. One, the market cap is figured on what nanotech tells the Transfer Agent, who only reports what is submitted to them AND the TA is gagged AND that's way old numbers AND nanotech has been a non SEC filer so nothing they filed with the OTCM is dependable AND it is documented that nanotech has over 2.5 billion shares authorized, maybe more. Two, what nanotech owes to at least 3 companies they stiffed is at least twice as much as their faux market cap.

There's likely going to be a big change in nanotech entertainment in the coming days.

I fully expect nanotech to announce another shell that they will reverse merge into in an attempt to protect what little assets they have. It's exactly what dfoley did when he created ntgl. He hid assets of ntek away so when this upcoming event happens, he can continue the scam.

Next week will be interesting. But all shareholders have unfortunately have lost their complete asses. Let alone assets. And I'm sorry to inform you your source isn't very reliable as it's very old info. Not a single person on that page is still with nanotech. They have ALL quit and are sweating out the lawsuits.

Have a good weekend.

Announced today, but court settlement was last Friday 10am. Everything sought by K2 is granted by the judge.
Any lawyers or people who have gone through this have any input to what is going to happen?

"The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles website, judge Maureen Duffy-Lewis has entered judgement and granted the motion to enforcement the judgement and settlement sought by K2 Communications in their lawsuit against NTEK."

Link to document from Friday.

I learned a long time ago that suing someone with no money is pointless.

Not so. You defend your rights, you display your lack of fear of litigation and if you get an otherwise worthless judgment, you get usually ten to twenty years in which to get lucky.

The man in charge has money. Plenty of it I'm sure. The question is, if they can get to it if they find him guilty of any wrondoings.

Agree, but they'd have to go offshore to get to his money. That will be problematic.

I learned it the hard way. I had a judgment for $23k. Person has no money but had a house. Paid for a sherrif to attempt a sherrif sale. Turned out the house was in both his and girlfriends name so it basically protected since they jointly own everything in PA.

Fast forward 11 years which was 3 years ago and I google his name and find out that he bought a house. Sweet, time for a payday. I contact the sherrif department to assist and was told that my judgment is expired. PA has a 20 year SOL on judgments but you have to file a writ of revival every 5 years. Good buy 23k.
