I read it on my chromebook. Lots of innuendos and they bring up that she canceled two shows years ago.

The two shows she canceled in London was the end of her previous tour when her voice gave out. They conveniently left that part out.

If this story is accurate, sounds like she's being a bit of a diva.

Obviously, Caesar's is injured, but they are certainly saving the very large payments they would have been making to Adele. And they will eventually fill those venue time slots with other performance acts, albeit with lower gates. It's the customers who have already paid that I feel sorry for.

Caesars actually doesnt pay Adele. Adele keeps the ticket revenue. Caesars loses by not having 4200 people walk thru the casino into its Colosseum and whatever room revenue is lost.

It's like the movie theater business. Tickets are sold for $12 and that money goes to the film distributor and the movie theater makes its money selling popcorn.

She sounds like quite the pain in the @ss. Kudos to those who deal with her without imploding. I couldn’t.

Do you think she's less (or more) of a prima dona than other superstars?

Of course she's not.

Garth Brooks told Steve Wynn he needed a chair, his acoustic guitar and a microphone.

So…yes, disagree.

Melinda Newman of Variety praised the shows' simplicity, commenting, "Leave it to Garth Brooks to come to Las Vegas with a show that goes against everything Sin City represents: There are no big costume changes, dancing girls, elaborate sets or special effects: just a man and his guitar. And it's more than enough."Joe Brown of Las Vegas Weekly commented on the closeness of the shows, stating, "each concert of Brooks' five-year engagement has the potential to feel like a one-of-a-kind occurrence, which makes the audience feel special. Norm Clarke of the Las Vegas Review-Journal remarked, "Brooks was at his best on every level."

The ONLY thing he requested and received was jet travel from his home to Encore for the shows.

I stand by my comment. I’m sure there are others. I’ll also suggest there are some like Garth…who don’t take things to such an extreme that they do become primmadonnas and pains in the @sses.

Again, I’m merely commenting on your comment that “other superstars” are the same. I disagree. Not all.

The Las Vegas Review Journal is reporting that Keith Urban will pick up four of Adele's dates, but they wont start till mid February... so that's a blackout for about 8 weekend nights.

Sounds like her insecurity is getting the best of her.

Good grief, she has a long-standing problem with anxiety and stage fright, yet she knowingly booked a gig at arguably the world's most visible venue.

Amazing.

From now on she can just stay home and serenade her house plants.
"What, me worry?"
