Power Outage at RIo

Not sure if this is simply due to cut-backs in the Maintenance dept, but.....

Heard about that. It's kind of amazing there would even be 900 rooms left at casinos in Vegas. Well, considering we are to believe every room is booked and sold. Maybe the ones from the internet sites that are booked but never purchased are used. I always imagine the desk clerks being fraudful claiming they're booked up, saying things like there are only a few rooms left, but never prosecuted for the crimes.

Now I know why all those fire trucks were over there the other night when I finished up at the Palms!

It was supposedly because of a contractor letting water overflow. Similar to the problem at the Paris a couple of months ago.
