right now, getting 2500 tc in a day gets you 5000 bonus tc.

does this promo see you as having 2500tc or 7500tc?

Horribly stupid promotion.

SO if I am a low roller I get twenty percent extra tier credits but if I am a high roller I only get less than ten?

Why put the ridiculous cap on. Especially since the tier points as they correlate to reward points are worth only a penny. The max they are talking about is $200 shopping.

All this promotion does is give you an early start toward earning TCs for next year's tiers. It just a weaker version of this year's double TC promotion they ran the first 3 months of the year. The cap is to stop somebody from earning a 7* status for next year before this year is even over. I do wonder if the 20k cap is a signal that next year diamond level will require 20k TCs?

you only need a total of 100k tc during this promo period to get the 20k tc max for next year.

how often does the Diamond/7star requirement level go up? every year?

I think it might be worth more than it seems to the right customers. Think about it; there are always going to be people who are close but not quite qualified for the next tier, so not only does their 2015 trip count towards their next year's status, it more than double-counts to get a jump on 2016 extending your tier for another year. If I'm understanding the promotion correctly, I get a huge bounce on points along with my cash offers and the rest.

Also, I'm already Diamond for this year with no hope of 7stars (ever), so I'm not just wasting earnings if I play before the end of the year. I like it and will probably use it.

These kinds of promotions will always help some people and to others they will be meaningless.

I don't think anyone is going to go to a Total Rewards casino just to play for the 10% or 20% bonus. But if you are playing anyway be sure they have your email address so you get the 20% bonus.

I would guess that since they used the magic phrase "Earned", that they'll give you this bonus on the 2500, but not on the extra 5000 bonus tier credits you got for daily play.

Did anyone find it unusual that you were notified that you could earn extra goodies if TR has your email address? And that you were notified by email? Of course there is a place right on the page to fill in your email address.

Of course you wouldn't have gotten the offer, UNLESS THEY ALREADY HAD YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.....
