Rio - Off-strip, easy parking, big rooms.
Flamingo - Last time, the fire alarm kept going off and the elevators were broken. Decent food in the diamond lounge.
PH - P1/2 rooms are nice. Movie memorabilia in them.
Harrah's - Old, smelt funny, best DLounge food.
Paris - Okay. Shares parking with Bally's.
Bally's - Kept hearing airplanes, long walk to anything else.
Caesar's - Octavius rooms are good. Kind of a long walk to parking though.
(All on strip parking pretty much sucks.)

I am 7 stars and I played them all. Only stayed at C.P., Planet Ho and Rio. I would say C.P. hands down overall. I do not play slots, only baccarat and occasional BJ and only high limit rooms at each. Played main floor at Rio cause all the players wanted to play main floor for strange reasons. RIO nice property overall but not the kind of service that CP has, IMHO. We love the restaurants at CP. I go way back to the Aladdin days at Planet Ho and my host is still there who became a big shot so maybe that's why I still go there. There high limit was better before but now they moved it and it is noisy. Parking is ez at Planet Ho and the Miracle Mile Mall is attached and there are a bunch of pretty good restaurant in there also.
Bac79=Hazardous Material and Chemical person correcting other's mistakes. Non AP'er, I can't count cards, low intelligence. Sprinkles magical dust on the cards. Has a lucky monkey. Baby also has a green one. Sum it up: "It's okay just blame me, it's all my fault"! ( No one believes me--so I chose to stop posting)

I prefer rooms at Paris to any of the others. Even the base room is nicer than most at Harrah's or the base CP room, especially the bathrooms. Parking is very easy there as well, with free valet and a special 7 stars jump on the line. Self-park is most convenient at either Harrah's or Paris over CP. Paris has the best layout for quickly in/out of rooms with central elevator shaft and dedicated floors, accessed just off the casino and not far from hotel check-in. Harrah's is close. CP is more spread out, depending on what tower you're assigned, and sometimes have to go through a shopping mall to get elsewhere.
Lot of walking to anything at CP. My impression is there's more VP at CP than Harrah's, more at Harrah's than Paris, more at Paris than any of the others. Harrah's has a dedicated VP pit as well as other machines here and there among the slots. Higher denom machines at CP than Paris, then Harrah's, then Rio, then the rest.
Lot of walking in Rio as well. Not as big a casino as CP or Harrah's, but the other things there are further away.
Don't really know where PH falls on those scales; CET positions it as second to CP, and it may be, but I haven't spent any real time there.
You might talk to someone about the Cromwell before you decide. If you like small boutique luxury hotels/casinos, that's what they're doing with it. Very little walking needed, but I'm not sure what the restaurant situation is. I was very impressed with the people there, but the hotel wasn't yet open. Very centrally located on the Strip next to Bally's/Paris/Flamingo, nestled in the middle of them.

If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Paris hands down if your 7 stars request the Leon room or charlemenge room. Promo are all the same
