I know a lot about the Total Rewards program, but here is one area where I am unclear.
Let's say Joe earned 150,000 tier credits in 2013. That gave him Seven Stars status until March 31, 2015. Knowing he had Seven Stars already locked up for all of 2014, Joe didn't bother playing at all. So he earned 0 tier credits, and his status will revert to gold on April 1, 2015, based upon his 2014 (lack of) play.
Now 2015 is here, and Joe realizes his precious Seven Stars status is about to disappear. Between February 1 through February 28th, 2015, Joe plays some pretty frantic video poker, and racks up 150,000 tier credits.
Obviously that will keep his Seven Stars from "expiring", but how long will Joe have it if he doesn't play again?
Will it be March 31, 2016, or March 31, 2017?
Keep in mind that it will for SURE be 2017 if he waits until April 1 to finish off his 150,000 tiers, but what if he finishes in February?
Please don't just guess at this. I would like the answer only if you have been in Joe's situation, or something very similar.

I was 7 stars in 2013 and long time standing with hosts, etc. One of my hosts called the higher ups someone in 'Casino-God-Kingdom' and had my seven stars extended for a quarter or so to preserve my status. Anything with the company can be done if they want. However, I don't know about last min play.
Bac79=Hazardous Material and Chemical person correcting other's mistakes. Non AP'er, I can't count cards, low intelligence. Sprinkles magical dust on the cards. Has a lucky monkey. Baby also has a green one. Sum it up: "It's okay just blame me, it's all my fault"! ( No one believes me--so I chose to stop posting)

If I could rack up 150,000 TC in a few days, I would not have worried about my tier status.
winning streaks come and go, losing streak never ends.

Someone already did diamond this year and it seems to expire 3/17, unless 7 stars or renewing one's status is different I'm pretty sure you'd have it until 3/17.

Its - Possessive; It's - "It is" / "It has"; There - Location; Their - Possessive; They're - "They are"

You get the status for the remainder of the year earned (2015) and the complete following year (2016). it will expire March 2017.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

This is correct (at least from what TR told me).
Playing it correctly means you've already won.
