Did CZR just sell Rio for $400M?

Robin Leach tweeted today that a "Major Off Strip" casino just sold for $400M, though I can't find anything else out there. Rio is my guess as the only casino I see other than Palms getting close to this much. Add in CZR trying to sell it for years and needing cash, it makes sense.

Seems possible, though I would think the Hard Rock LV would also qualify as "Major Off-Strip". And there have been rumors about it going, where there really haven't about Rio, so that's my bet. I think CET likes the Rio as the home of WSOP too much to allow it to go. But what do I know?
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I totally forgot about HR and you are probably right since they are having trouble meeting debt.

CET sellimg the RIO or Brookfield Holdings LLC ( auction acquisition of REVEL AC) selling Hard Rock . Either sale would make sense.

CZR keeps the WSOP at Rio only because that's just about the only attraction that Rio has. Sell Rio, and WSOP moves to Ceasars or PHo.
