So at a local casino here this weekend, there was a bank of otherwise crappy Deuces machines (94.8% without the progressive) that had an insane progressive jackpot. By the time we left last night (about 10 pm) it was up to over $4200(!) on a quarter machine. I ran the numbers through the analyzer to get a return of 101.55%...
for perfect play.
That's the rub, figuring out how much to change the strategy. Now I know from playing with the royal payout on the analyzer that the bigger the progressive gets, the more you should chase the royal. My question is, how much? I was holding any two suited Broadway cards in the absence of any other hands/draws (such as one pair). Any other strategy changes?
