Full pay except 5 of a kind

I see the wizard is currently online so maybe he knows this off hand or someone else does. If you are playing full pay deuces wild except 5 of a kind pays 14 to 1 instead of 15 to 1, how does this change optimal strategy? The only thing I can think of is never keep 5 of a kind with 3 deuces.
