Do any properties give good free play to video poker players. Borgatas 9/6 jacks and Caesar’s 9/6 seems to have placards saying they are excluded from promos etc. can you still get a nice freeplay offer for substantial play like 100-200k coin in in a day ? Would like to know before I waste a few days at oceans hard rock borgata and harrahs ?

Your biggest problem will be keeping the offers once you begin collecting. The extremely high offers are human monitored in AC and if you do 100-200K to earn them, pulling without significantly similar play will lead to cards locked.
