I'm looking for the odds of being dealt any special quads with kicker.
ie: AAAA,2222,3333,4444 + kicker

All those special hands are equally likely. So, the probability of being dealt any is about 1 in (217 / 4) k.

To be exact, the probability is 1 in 54,145.

Here are some exact probabilities.
Dealt royal: 1 in 649,740
Dealt AAAA with 2, 3, or 4: 1 in 216,580
Dealt AAAA, 2222, 3333, or 4444 with A, 2, 3, or 4: 1 in 54,145

That is interesting that those dealt special hands are 12 times as likely as a dealt royal. But it makes sense--there are 4 royals and there are 48 of those special quads.

A dealt special quad should happen once in 54,145 spins on average.

There are 4 ways to be dealt a royal: Clubs, Diamonds, etc.
There are 12 ways to be dealt AAAA with a kicker 2222,3333, etc.
