Because it's paid on a dealt royal. Well, technically it would also be paid if you drew to royals on each hand, but that's so rare that the probability is roughly equal to the dealt royal. So 1/650,000 hands. 6.25/hand bet = about 2.46% added to the overall return. The photo doesn't show the paytable, but given it's the cosmo in 2019 I'd guess the game was still grossly -EV.

It was about 99.22% with 6/5 Bonus Poker a couple of weeks ago. I meant to take a stab at it last month, but forgot to. :(
