Ultimate X? adds about .75%, depending on game.

Seems like it. Also a thing to consider is that you get a little more return when you play 10 play as opposed to 3 or 5 play.
DSTP seems to add .5% for only 2 more coins instead of 5 more on UX.
Casinos must love high variance games. Many people lose because they are severely underbankrolled, and they can pay out HUGE handpays which looks good on the floor.

It's hard to find, but single-line (NOT multi-line) "Ultimate 4 of a Kind Bonus" adds a lot (2% to 3% in a lot of cases). It's the best quarter and dollar game at Horseshoe Hammond.
Also "Chase the Royal" (again hard to find...usually on All Stars) adds a lot too...about 1.5 to 2.5%. Best paytable I've ever found on that is 6/5 Bonus though (98.54%).
As for Ultimate X, a lot of the games add closer to 1% imo, except deuces. Bonus Deuces is even worse.
