Question(s) about Pick-em Poker, and optimal bonus play for said game.

1. What would be the best way to play pick-em-poker at a Playtech casino, for exploiting a bonus? (keep in mind the 'irregular betting pattern rules' listed near the bottom of this post)

2. For exploiting a bonus what would be the optimal bank-roll requirements for a 30% 'sticky'*** bonus? (lets say my goal is 2 times deposit and bonus, but feel free to answer for other goals as well, ESPECIALLY goals that you think would have a better EV than my suggestion)

Looks pretty clear that exploiting the bonus is not welcome. I would read that as "we reserve the right to take your money if you were playing with an advantage".

I would just deposit, and play my favorite game, which happens to be pick-em poker, betting the max the whole way.

If I got won and paid, I'd consider myself lucky. Note that they don't offer a comprehensive list of banned wagering patterns, only give a couple examples.
