AKA "LV Airport/Illinois Deuces"
I haven't visited yet but apparently Mdlive has it in the 5 multi-play format.
is this just DW? In the Wiz's VP simulator what game would I use?
the internet hasn't really made this clear, so let's settle it for everyone.

DW44 refers to any Deuces Wild paytable which starts like this: 1-2-3-4-4-.... Those are the single-coin payoffs for 3 of a kind, straight, flush, full house, and four of a kind, respectively.
Compare that to the Full-Pay Deuces Wild paytable which starts like this: 1-2-2-3-5-... and ugly duck paytables which start like this: 1-2-2-3-4-...
The reason vpFREE separated them, even though they are all Deuces Wild variants, is because the strategies for the DW44-type paytables are similar, and the strategies for FPDW and other 1-2-2-3-x paytables are also similar, but the two categories have quite different strategies from each other, so much so that they're almost a completely different game.

I thought DW44 was a spray you use to clean inside joints on mechanical items?

that's WD40. But I agree it is as ugly as DW44.

So WD40 doesn't stand for Wild Deuces where the pay is 1-2-3-4-0?

This is a super decent Deuces Wild game called APDW that pays 99.96%.
Ugly DW44 pays 9 for 1 for straight flush.
Where is this game btw?

Very unlikely. Dw44 usually means Illinois/airport deuces which is 98.91% return with perfect play.

It is or recently was at Buffalo Run in Oklahoma near Joplin, MO. I only mention it because the mail there is complete garbage.

Shoot! I just realized I brought a very old thread up to today. LOL. The last reply before I posted was posted 7 years ago. Hope those people are still doing well!
