I work so damn much its hard to squeeze in any time to learn a method but im making a commitment to learn BJ basic strategy at the minimum, BJ KO count, and VP strategy

you should concentrate on 1 game at a time since you are basically starting from scratch. You already said you had a limited gambling bankroll so no need to try to stretch that 3 ways.

Don't buy anything that's ridicules. I will PM you a free good program(I guess). The problem is there is no magic system I think you are chasing.
There are some rare cases where a newb might find a slam-dunk easy situation. If you are serious you need to swear off Roulette, craps, baccarat or any game that has a -EV. If you cant do this DON'T WAST YOUR TIME.

Learning VP should be very easy to get the basics down. Once you have that then you can start fine tuning it. I suggest you use Bovada to practice on first. Note the hands you are unsure of and then go back and check.

You can probably find a few online casinos that offer free start up money where you have an advantage and a free shot to win.

The book is very useful and I carry it aroud with me in Vegas. As far as VP strategies, though, I think it only has the simple strategies for 9/6 JoB and full pay DW. That's great, and simple strategies are a good palce to begin elarning strategy, but not enough.

What you can do is print the strategies from the WoO site and practice online for free again at WoO. I would also second the advice of picking one game.

BJ is probably not a good way to start with a small BR. Slots and VP would be better.

You can google wizard optimal 9:6 JoB strategy. As you're playing just go back to that if you aren't sure what to do. That's what I do.
