FPDW simple strategy

Quick question in regard to the simple strategy for Full Pay Deuces Wild video poker from the WoO website. When considering hands does '3 to a Royal Flush' and/or '4 to a Royal Flush' INCLUDE the wild deuce(s) or no? (My apologies if this question is in the wrong forum).
