Is 3% Theo any good?

So I had a problem with my players card tracking all my play last night (it only caught $8600 when I put through $15000)
But anyway...so I had them show me the screen where it has all the play statistics on it...it showed for my play ($8600) that my "theoretical win" was $357....
So that's like in the 3% range....and I was playing 10c 10-play 9/6 JoB....
Comparatively, is the 3% range good for full pay multi-play video poker?

Um, I would think so. Does this machine have much poorer paying games on it as well? What is the DDB paytable? I'm assuming they shorted you the $6400 in play though? :(

Yeah, it has terrible deuces, and 9/6 ddb...

That's good that they are going to take care of the "glitch".
But yeah, I would think a 3% win on the machine stats is a good sign for you from a comp perspective. I think DRich commented that errors can be up toward the 2% range, so it could be just from that. I would assume most players that are playing the 9/6 ddb game (98.98%) and making some significant ploppy errors. If the Deuces is really crappy like 20/12/10/4/4/3 (97.58%) that would help the win rate quite a bit too, obv.
And if this is a Game King with some slots or keno on it, that would also explain more. :)
