is there a diff in perfect play strat between jacks or better and double bonus ? is so what would be two or three of the diffs.

Yes. I'll assume you're talking about full-pay (9/6) Jacks or Better and full-pay (10/7/5) Double Bonus.
1. Hold 3 to a flush (with 0, 1 or 2 high cards)
2. Hold 4 to an inside straight, such as 2356 or 5689
3. Hold 4 to a flush over 3 to a royal flush, except with TJQ

I would like to add, points 1 and 3 only apply if the flush pays 7 for 1. On shorter pay machines like 9/6/5, only #2 generally applies. I add this because assuming someone can even find a 9/7/5 machine in my region is a pretty bold assumption.

Numer 3 is only half correct. 4 to a flush is better than JQK, but not ar good as TJQ.
