Day 1:
Flying from Little Rock to Las Vegas theu Dallas (Love Field) on Southwest.
Paid for business class flight because my Platinum status with MGM gets me one flight reimbursed (as free slot play I think).
The offer I'm going out on is four free nights at NYNY, with free slot play and resort credit. I also get a Platinum celebration dinner, so other than my gambling, shouldn't cost me much.
First leg of the flight, my boarding number was A2, a first for me, and got the exit row with no seat in front. For a big guy (6-3. 300), a godsend. Second leg will be A4.
Will be relying on Uber and my legs to get me where I want to go.
More later when I get into town.

At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

They don’t have what you’re thinking. They have an option of “business select” which gets you priority boarding and more points accrual. There might be another perk or two, but not much different than their “wanna get away” fares which is the cheapest.

They don’t have what you’re thinking. They have an option of “business select” which gets you priority boarding and more points accrual. There might be another perk or two, but not much different than their “wanna get away” fares which is the cheapest.

Ok, business select was the right term. The low number boarding pass got me the exit row seat again.
We were delayed for an hour on the ground in Dallas, so got to LV just after 3.
Got checked into a suite at NYNY. Came downstairs and played FUPG. Played about an hour, left up $110.
Found a cashman bingo and it was ripe. Hit tbe bonus on the fourth spin. Nothing special, because it was on the 75 cent bet.
Dinner at Tom's Urban Diner. Went for the Crispy Chicken & Cornbread Pancake. Very good dinner!
Played more slots and video poker throughout the evening. Wouldn't play 6:5 bj and couldn't get back on FUPGP. Should have come to my room sooner. Was up, finished down.
And my one sports bet also lost, stupid Celtics.

A fun day, including a couple of the reasons for the trip.
Played at NYNY in the AM and ate American, their 24-hour restaurant.
Spent most of the day at the Plaza, playing in their bingo event.
Split one game, did not recoup entry fees.
Was one away on the 50K coverall, and the right color popped, but wrong number. Didnt hit second or third chances either.
After bingo, went back to NYNY and played Pai Gow, VP and slots. All bad.
Dinner at Javiers in the Aria (walked over) and met my former boss. Had the Chile Negro (braised short rib). Gets 6 out of 5 stars.
While playing slots after dinner, hit a major on Piggy Bankin for $1767. Only highlight of the day for gambling.
Walked with former boss back to Excalibur, where he was parked. Played some dice.
And now, second day of bingo to follow.

So the first half of Day 3 very similar to Day 2.
Same breakfast place and not much luck on slots in the morning.
Day 2 of the Super Bingo event. Won one game (split) for 600. And got horribly teased on the 50k coverall. Waited, didn't win. Game offered second and third chances. Needed an N (42) and an N was next up for the second chance. Only four of them left. Ball 31. Winner came on next ball. For the third (and final) chance, another N was next up. Wrong one again. Sometimes the bingo gods work for you, sometimes they don't.
In the intermission, I walked 1.15 miles from the Plaza, thru Fremont Street Experience amd past El Cortez.
Not sure how much I'm doing tonight as far as gambling
