What did you finally end up deciding with moving the dogs?

I haven't yet, but leaning to driving with the dogs in the car for 50 hours.

i don't think it will be as much of a problem as you imagine. If they're basically good dogs, it should be alright.

I would still take them out on some pre-trip rides, if they're not used to riding in the car. Dogs like to stick their heads out the windows, then they get bored and fall asleep.

You might cover the back seat with a blanket in case they throw up at first.
Quasimodo? Does that name ring a bell?

I’ll be 3+ hours north of you in December. Looking to buy. If wifey wants it a tad warmer we may become neighbors….

Sorry to see you leave. May you enjoy the Sunshine state. Hope to see you one last time, before you hit the road.

The last couple of weeks will probably be hectic but I imagine that I will get out one more time with the group for some pool or dinner.

To me the state motto should be:

Florida, a good state to die in.

I’ve definitely heard Naples referred to as God’s waiting room when playing one of the Seminole casinos a few years back.

To leave, right? Assuming not living in a desert, Hurricanes, humidity (It's a wet heat!) will wear you down for 5-6 months. At least you picked the right coast!

When a rock is thrown into a pack of dogs, the one that yells the loudest is the one who got hit.
