Ok, I'm scratching my head here. I'm trying to set up a trip soon and thought I"d try out a new place. I'm not sure which but I haven't heard back from any of them in over a week. I've applied for credit and gotten it from two of them.

It's been a week now. Is it a) bad customer service and/or lazy hosts b) my old host and the others talking to each other or c) I somehow became person non grata without cause?

I'll pay for a room, although I'd rather not, if nobody responds but what's up with these characters?

Depends on which casinos and how much credit.

For example, getting a $5,000 credit line at Bellagio is probably not going to even show up on the radar.

Oh, wow, I would think that's a decent amount for those places. Maybe it just takes a bit for everyone to get on the same page, between the finance department and the hosts and whoever else is involved. I honestly don't know, though; I've never had a credit line somewhere.

Not sure what you're expecting them to do until they see your action.

Maybe set up a room or at the least respond to a call or emails.

When I get a line at a casino, I first look on the casino website at the hosts and see if I know any of them from past play. Then I contact that host and apply for the line via that host. In other words, host first, line second.

When we go to the new casino this week we are comp'ed up front in a suite even though I've never actually played there. My line is $50K at this new casino too.
I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people. https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling/betting-systems/33908-the-adventures-of-mdawg/
