So what do craps high rollers do when they want to buy-in for $10,000, double-up in an hour or two and go home? Taxes seem to require leaving the table a winner each day, so an easy win goal seems like the solution. Do high rollers just bring that in cash, and go home with cash, or do they leave the money at the front desk for the next day? How much should you leave at the front desk in case you are trespassed for no reason anyway? Do they wire it to and from their bank account every day?

A lot of regular high limit players may never buy in or cash out. They will have a safety deposit box and just keep racks of chips in them. I use to see six figure and million dollar boxes at the Bellagio poker room

I've seen dealers spill their tray of chips more than once. What is the patron protocol here? Some insisted on helping to pick them up despite the mild protests of the embarrassed dealer, but one time when the tray was mostly filled with green chips, security and the pit boss jumped in right away and told everyone to stay in their seats..

I was carrying 40 chips without a rack. Where's the racks? Nobody puts silver dollar tokens in the slot machines anymore?
I get 1 free beer when I gamble, for a buck. I haven't had a beer in decades.
I have a rubber band around my wallet, and the pit gave me my card back and I just put it in my pocket instead of my wallet. So when I went to the cage I put the card on the counter, and I must've forgotten to put it in my wallet when I got distracted by getting my first $100 bill.

Earlier in the day, I forgot to bring my loyalty card to the gas station, and I had to ask the cashier how to pump gas. She said "Well, I can sign you up for a new card. Which card do you have? The one that debits your bank account or the cash discount card?"
I said I didn't have the debit card, and that the discount was only a buck, so how do I pump gas without the card?
She said I had to prepay for gas. I gave her a 50. She said pump the gas, then come back in and get your change (while other people stand in line to buy beer).

I found the information on my Player's Card at home, and after 3 days of gambling I have nearly 500 points (each 100 points is worth $1?), and if I get another 1500 points I'll be eligible for a card upgrade. Can they give me a replacement card with the same number, or give me a new one with a different number and transfer all the information from the old one to the new one?

People lose those cards all the time. Just go to the Player's Club, give them photo ID, and they'll print you new ones for the same account you signed up with. Ask for 2, they'll give them to you. Takes 2 minutes.

But what if you leave your gas station, Walgreens (tm), Old Navy loyalty card etc on the casino cashier counter. What then? Armageddon (tm)?

Unless your name was on it, contact the issuer for a new card. If your name was on it ask at the place where you put it down.

Of course casinos have a Lost and Found. I lost my cell phone at a casino and was able to retrieve it the next day at the Security office.

Were there any green chips in there?

Last month I went to the cashiers cage where I lost my card, she said if they found it they'd throw it out. She directed me to go to the player's club desk to get a new one. They too said it would have been thrown out if found, and they made me a new card for the same account and it had all my points. They even gave me a stringy thingy to use when playing slots so I don't forget my card.

Thanks for helping out.
