Over a week ago, but for some reason it just hit me that this one trip was the best I've ever had. Not in terms of winning, but in being able to hit almost every single bet I know how to win at.
Arrive after 10:00 on Sunday morning. Usually means there is nothing good left on parlay cards, but there were two NFL games at 6.5 on the board listed at +7.5 on the cards, and instead of being limited to just a few late NFL games, there were also the early lines on college Bowl Games. So I was able to make 5, 6, and 7 team parlays all with the two games that had a huge edge. Then a few correlated parlays on college basketball first half for $40 (since they would need approval at $50). A few hockey totals and one NBA money line that beat pinnaclesports no-vig line. A little over $400 for everything, which is about what I like to limit myself to on a Saturday or Sunday.
(lost all the parlay cards, won two off-the-board parlays, about even in straight bets for a small win)
Had three $5 match play coupons. Won the first hand of blackjack, lost a double on the second, and lost the third. But the running count was +4 on a double deck game, so started betting $20 per hand; push-lose-push and the RC is +6, bet $50, dealt a 20 against an ace, dealer flips over another ace and with the count dropping leave up $20.
Win about $3 on Ultimate X multipliers, lose about $30 on another video poker machine that has accumulators. Then see a slot machine that is very close to the bonus round. At $1.50 per spin, I expect to see the bonus round losing around $25 and the bonus round should pay back about $45. Except this time I lose almost $100 before the bonus round hits, but once it starts I keep getting wilds and extra spins. So between video poker and this slot machine put in $200 and cash out close to $230. Then see another good slot play at 50-cents per spin and once I hit the mini-progressive down to $205 and change.
Play the kiosk game and win $1 (1000 points) and see I've already earned 240 points that day. Been holding on to a coupon for a while that gives $10 for earning 250 points. Quickly lose $20 on 100.7% deuces wild (just barely getting the 10 points I need). Then turn the $10 into $15 on the 98% deuces wild. After all that work on machines just to earn $2 in cash and points.
All the +EV plays I was able to make in under two hours:
Sportsbook: Parlay cards, correlated parlays, straight bets better than market value
Tables: match play and card counting
Machines: Ultimate X multipliers, VP progressive, slot machine accumulators, 100.7% video poker, free play promotion, kiosk game
Only thing I missed out on was dining comp, but they did give me a shirt for going over a certain number of points for the month.

Sounds like quite the eventful little trip =). Those are always the best, where you have a lot to do and a lot of plays to make!
Where was this at, if you don't mind sharing?

Playing it correctly means you've already won.

About half the sports bets were across the street at Longhorn, but it makes a better story if I pretend it was one stop (it was only about 90 minutes total).
Paycheck cashing was one big +EV play I missed.
