Quote: Mikey75Just for you AOS!! Are you sure you can handle the $5 swings lol.
HAHA it's all just chips until you go to the window — red, green, black, purple, yellow, chocolate, watermelon
I cant identify with AOS trip reports, it kind of seeing how the other 1/2 lives it up in Vegas.
I'm a low roller myself, would love a trip report I can identify with :-)
Quote: Mikey756 to 0 in favor of a live report. Looks like I'll be posting tomorrow. I don't have a lot of time but I plan on playing in at least three different places maybe four. Hopefully I'll leave with more than I started with. If that happens it will be the first time in many times lol.
WOOHOO!
Take pics too
Low roller or high roller, it is all action and I always root for fellow board members to win!
Looking forward to the live trip report. Tunica I assume?
Quote: chaunceyb3Here's some motivation for you Mikey75! Now go have fun and win some money!

Is there a trip report behind that chauncey?
Quote: Mikey75Thanks for the replies everyone. Yes I'll be in the big T town. First trip I've got to make in a while. I'm looking forward to it.
As are we
Quote: Mikey75AOS can you tell me how add pics from my iphone? I'd like to include some in the report but I am not sure how to add them.
go to www.imgur.com and click on UPLOAD - then choose a photo from your phone - then, once it loads, you will be given a list of codes - copy and paste the one that is titled "BBcode" - then paste it into the thread herein
HOWEVER,
after you paste it, you must edit it as follows:
here is an example of what you will copy and paste:
once you do this, change it to this:
This will allow the photo to appear in the post
Quote: Mikey75Fixing to head out. Hopefully I will be rolling in around 2:00pm.
As a Texan who speaks southern, I look forward to reading it even more now.
Funny thing though as I look at that rack. I am in my 13th year of professional blackjack play. I have made just under $700,000 in that time. The first 5 years were at very low stakes and it took 5 years to reach my first 100K. Over the last 5 years, playing mid-level stakes, I have averaged just under 100K per year.
But here's the thing. Less than 1 and a half rows of that rack would be my entire career earnings. Yikes. That's making me feel pretty insignificant. :(
Quote: kewljI've never seen $25,000 chips. They look the same color as $5 chips. LOL.

Yeah, I had to count that rack twice to get enough zeroes on it.
It's just a sick amount of money. The people that would use that rack, wouldn't think twice about it. And the rest of us wouldn't even think once about it. Either way, it's not real money, so no need to let it color your joy.
Quote: Mikey75Just made it in. Hanging out in the room for a few before going down. First session of play coming soon.
I'm itchin'
Just seeing if I have the image upload correct.
Quote: Mikey75I'm trying to decide what I'm playing first. Probably some craps but I'm not certain. I'm going to check out the BJ conditions but I don't think there are any double deck games less than $25 min. I'll probably save my BJ play for another location.
Even if you don't play would you mind reporting the $25 min DD conditions? =P
Off to the first game! If it's craps, are you a pass/don't pass... come/don't come, or place bet player?? Or do you just stick to field?!?!
El Cortez vintage room 2222 the real low rollers suite if you ain't scared.
Also Is that you in the pic? best to keep a low profile ask Ace.
Craps tables are packed, two dd tables open but no one is playing them. Both at $25 min. Several $5 BJ shoe tables open. All of them have multiple players. If I can squeeze into the craps table I'm going to play the don't. Also two $5 Bac tables open which is highly unusual. The crowd is light overall but I suspect it will pick up later on.
Trip +-0
Quote: RomesIn eager anticipation mode as well! Don't be greedy like chauncy, just get 1 full row of 25k chips, you don't need a whole rack =) lol
This I like, I like a lot. That was a pretty pic though wasn't it. I'm going to set it up as wallpaper.
Quote: Mikey75Yo yo up and down session of craps. I've been up $50 right now I'm even.
Trip +-0
The roller coaster has begun
What were the rules at the DDBJ?
Quote: speedycrapI have never heard about $5 Bac. This is really low....
I've only seen this at El Cortez
so if you up your bets you will be backed off :(
Asians are a rare breed in tunica, the demand goes down?Quote: speedycrapI have never heard about $5 Bac. This is really low....
This is what low rolling looks like. I haven't left the table since I first posted untill now. Bought it with $200 cashed out $310 after leaving a $10 tip.
Trip is +$110
