Honestly, if a loss affects you enough to actually go through with something like a self ban, it's probably the right move.

Honestly, your losses are not that high for this trip and your last one. They seem like a lot because your large bets are too high in relation to your BR. A self-ban is admitting you can't control yourself. If you lowered your big bet by half, you could live with that, couldn't you? Maybe all you'd have to give up is the limo. "Markus" had been beaten up ad-nauseam-days-in-and-days-out @ a casino. He asked me what to do. I gave him Maria's#. He signed up for the program and quit gambling in AC.
Hey Guys, if you're consistently down on your luck, feel free to call her and take a "1-year-vacation" from AC.
I'm OK with Corps which pick and choose clienteles. Both insurance companies and casinos have the right to pick and choose customers. They may keep profitable ones and kicked out the rest. But, I'm not OK with a casino supervisor who says counting cards... is like stealing food from a buffet (a foodlifting offense), or video-taping a movie in a cinema (a piracy offense).

Ace, go over to Kelsey & Kims, get the Chicken and Waffles and a side of their catfish nuggets. Sit, relax with some great soul food. Think positive. The few times I have been there I was down ($$$ wise), after that I came back. Might not be 100% guarantee by any means, but hey---whatcha got to lose??? The place is just east of you and at north of the old Showboat kind of. Go eat, relax, get out of the casino.
