I few weeks ago I visited the Tortoise Rock casino in 29 Palms, CA. It was my intention to add a section about it to my blog entry from last year on the Casinos of Palm Springs. When I got back I lost my notes about the place until I found them yesterday.

The Video Keno table's rankings need to be cleaned up. The top three casino's are tied for first, but the rankings are two firsts and a third, etc.
The new player card sign-up bonus included $10 in slot free play, and another $10 if you visit again on a later date.
A friendly place, but pretty far from just about everywhere. I was there on a Sunday afternoon in October, and the poker tables were closed. They weren't even taking sign ups for interested folks.
