I don't know if I will have the required number of points for the nights by WoVCON, unfortunately, and I am not paying to go somewhere that I can theoretically go for free. However, I will keep in mind what you said about the kids' stuff...although...that would basically relegate me to gambling during the times that I can already gamble because I would not gamble while the kids are awake...because if we are all on vacation...then I should be with the kids, not gambling.
You said you didn't want to go to Vegas unless the whole family could go. People gave you ideas of things to do with the kids. You said you wanted to gamble as much as possible in 72 hours. Then you said you didn't want to take time away from the kids. This trip either isn't going to happen anytime soon or will be a colossal cluster...
FWIW... The wife and I have seen many shows in Vegas and thought they were world class entertainment. Worth every penny - even the repeats.

I guess I did a poor job conveying what I want to convey.
If my wife is going with me to Vegas, then that's fine, because the kids would then be at my Mom's for those days and that's just as good as a vacation to them. Besides, I'd compensate by taking an extra entire family trip this year. If the kids did go with me to Vegas, we'd be spending the time doing that kind of stuff, and then I wouldn't do any gambling until the kids went to bed...but then my wife wouldn't be able to go to the casinos with me.
If it's just my wife and I, and she's cool with casino hopping, then it's a go, as soon as I can work it in.
Here's to my hundred in a $5 JoB.
Four craps sessions of about an hour each. Buying in at 300ish and losing almost all of it each time... Came out even one session and lost a combined 500 in the other three. Never went bust though, I'm proud about that.
I hit a mini jackpot on a WoT quarter machine for a hundred bucks... Normal slot win not on a spin. These are my weakness. So +150 on slots.
Bought in for 500 and played about 1100 hands of $1 9/6 JoB. Was down to 200 credits at one point... Up to 600. After just over three hours of playing I came out even. I had a LOT of fun doing this. Got to overhear two guys saying how the only difference between one coin and.five coin is the royal and it's not worth it. I couldn't help but laugh a little, to myself. I think I got like $5 worth of comps off of this. Either way... Want to see if I can get room comps at Bally's since we don't know how long trump plaza will be here.
Lost on my high variance bet. Didn't hit anything other than a two pair on the $5 JoB.
I know the math doesn't add up, but only down $280 at this point. Craps must have come out better and my slot win must have been higher.
