Saw it listed on the Wizard's site...the property I work at in Colorado has a little different paytable:

The jackpot for a 3 card spade royal was at $11,000 last night, it is unusually high as it hits at 3 or 4,000 usually. How high would it have to go to have +EV?

Per miplet's table, the HA is .456109 - .0000452479m, where m is the jackpot meter account.
And yes, you have to take into account the envy bonus.
