Hi, first post. Love the Wizard sites.
The Cancellation Technique (1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1) applies to even money bets. Can it be/has it been modified in some manner to allow for the taking of odds on pass line bets? For betting the Come? The Come with odds?

This is the first I've heard that question. Due to the different odds, craps isn't well suited to the cancellation system.

So that I can ponder this (to no avail), could you please provide the probabilistic formula behind the cancellation example you break down on WOO?

P.S. I first met Mr. Bluejay here while helping Fry's Electronics stop skeeting money everywhere. Now I investigate "Who is the Wizard of Odds?" and find him again. Is this a coincidence or is Mike an actual wizard?

I have given this thought myself recently, and I think I may have come to a conclusion that it is possible, but also annoying to keep a tally. In the cancellation system you are allowed to split a big number, like 15 units, into two blocks, like 7 and 8.
So, if you have something like:
11 12 13 14 15
You can make it: 11 12 13 14 7 8
Based on this, I believe that you can simply count the units won or lost on odds, and add them or subtract them. Here is an example:
Start:
1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
Come Bet: 2 units
Come Out Roll: 6
Odds Bet: 6 units
Result: lose 8 units
So now, instead of adding a 2 at the end (the sum of 1 and 1), you add 8 on the end, and the current tally is:
1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 8
However, you might not want to jump to a 9 unit bet on the pass line, so you can alter it:
1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 4 4
So, next bet:
Come bet: 5 units
Come Out Roll: 4
Odds Bet: 15
Result: Win 35 Units - You're done.
You get the idea, it seems possible but hard to track, and with fast rising numbers if you lose a few odds in a row. I'm also not totally sure that I'm right, so maybe someone else will chime in.
