I was playing 3 card poker the other night and realized I can see one of the dealer's card! I want to know, by knowing one of dealer's card how much did my odds of winning just increased?

You went from a 3.37% house edge to a 3.48% player edge, assuming you make correct use of the dealer's hole card. The proper strategy can be found in my book.
