Baccarat Tie Participation

I am trying to gauge what (ballpark) percentage of the time do Baccarat players play the "tie" bet. Any dealers/operators/players willing to chime in?

It's just another sucker bet that hits less than 10 times a shoe. On rare occasions it will hit 14-15 times per shoe.
That being said you'll notice the players that Love Side Bets, will Always throw something on it "just in case". You'll also notice those same players rarely come out ahead on those same bets and just keep chasing their tails.
I personally have wagered maybe 10-12 times varying amounts of $5 - $25 Life Time on the Tie bet and hit exactly 5 times for amounts of $40(3 times) $80 (1 time) and $200 (1 time). So technically I am ahead a little on the side bet overall, but still wouldn't say it's a Good bet!
