Doyle Brunson mentions a few superstitions in his book, and how they might have a kernel of logic to them.
Superstition: "Fifty dollar bills are unlucky."
Doyle: "Fifty dollar bills can be confused for five dollar bills."
Superstition: "Walking around your chair will change your luck."
Doyle: "Stretching your legs is always a good thing."

Casinos are not your friends, they want your money. But so does Disneyland.
And there is no chance in hell that you will go to Disneyland and come back with more money than you went with.

I try to remember to get up and stretch every time there is a dealer change. Not a superstition AT ALL.
It amazes me how at poker some guys will sit there for hours on end without stretching.
I invented a few casino games. Info:

Superstitions are silly, childish, irrational rituals, born out of fear of the unknown. But how much does it cost to knock on wood? 😁
