Hello,
My local casino allows a player to play all spots on the table for the minimum bet if they are the only player. This is only for the poker games though, not blackjack. But High Card Flush, Pai Gow Poker, 3 Card, 4 Card, and Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em are options. Is there any advantage to be gained playing all the hands outside of the obvious element of having the maximum spots where a win can happen? Or is that really just a ploy to get players who are greedy to believe they are getting a great opportunity while the casino just counts the money they take all the faster?

I know for sure that knowledge of specific cards the dealer cannot have can, on rare occasions, cause a strategy change for Pai Gow poker. The info will overall decrease the house edge, but not enough to turn the game positive. Example might be if I have Jacks and 3’s with a weak ace, like ace-7. If I am sure the dealer has NO ace, I’ll easily put the ace-7 up top. If there is one ace left amongst the 11 possible dealer cards, I’d likely put the 3’s up.

That makes sense. Now an added feature at my home casino is Pai Gow is face up. So I already know what the dealer has before I even set my cards. Obviously there's house advantage still or they wouldn't do it but does that provide any extra edge? Other than being able to avoid certain losses? (for example, if I see the dealer has two pairs separated that are better than both of my pairs I keep the pairs together to earn the push)
In High Card Flush it seems knowing all the cards once again has a benefit but at the same time since it's flush it kind of doesn't matter I guess. If I know all the Aces are out and won't be in the dealer's hand it's immaterial if they get a 4 card flush anyway.
