Dragon bonus

According to the literature the house edge for the dragon bonus in baccarat is as follows: for the player side it is -2.65% and for the banker side it is -9.37%. This is for a typical 8 deck shoe used in baccarat. My question is what would the house edge be for these bets on commission free baccarat. Also we are allowed to play the bonus only and also allowed to play both sides if we feel like it. Does this have any effect on the house edge as well?
