ICE-London 2019:

8 New Table Games will be at ICE-London 2019 in (ABBIATI's Booth S7-230) and (PST's Joint-Booth S8-140) see Full ICE Floor-Plan. http://bit.ly/2Ct7SFj

* Legend of New Table Games® will share with you his 8+ New Table Games for ICE-London 2019, Every Week.

* Game-1 (Roulette-18® 輪盤十八™).
The First 19-Numbers (0 to 18) Roulette with a House-Edge of 5.26%.

Roulette-18® uses a 19-Numbers (0 to 18) Roulette-Wheel and a unique Roulette-Layout.

Rules;
1. Players place their bets on the Roulette-18® layout which is similar to a Roulette layout but smaller.

2. A 19-Number Roulette-Wheel numbered 0-18 is spin.

3. According to the winning number. Dealer then collects all losing bets and pays winning bets according to the Pay-table (see fig).

* Double-Hit® Straight-up™
For added excitement, casino operators may choose to include the Double-Hit® betting section on their Roulette-18 layout.
The Double-Hit straight-up is a proposition bet based on two consecutive rolls of the dice.
The Player places a bet on a single number in the Double- Hit section of the layout.
If the Player hits his number on the first roll, he’s paid 12-to-1 and the bet remains in play for a second roll.
If the player then hits his number on the second roll, he’s paid 120-to-1 and his original bet is returned.

The Question is what do you think about this New Roulette Game and why?

I'm not a Roulette player but it looks interesting. Is the lose half on zero rule common in Nevada?

Hi
The lose half on zero rule is common in Nevada, but it is in UK.

The die seems to be a 20 faced icosahedron, but you have only 19 numbers in play. How do you reconcile that?

Main Street Station had a double hit type feature on their roulette wheels back in the 90s.

If I remember correctly, you got paid even money on the first hit, if it repeated, you got 35-1, if it hit a third time you got 5000-1.

Hi OnceDear,

For the Roulette-18® (Play with a Roulette-18® Die).
Read: Math at Wizard of Odds: http://bit.ly/2Dzo3SC

Rules
The game uses an icosahedron, which for the non-math nerds is one of the five platonic solids, in this case the one with 20 triangles. The die is numbered 0 to 18, plus a 00. If the 00 is rolled, then all bets have no action and the die is rolled again.

Stephen,

Typo, right? Numbers 0-18, not 19, +00.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I Just copy it from the Wizard of Odds Website, so Wizard of Odds has make a Typo on his site.

I have just email The Wizard about this.

I remember Ahigh had a device which would tell if a die was 'balanced' or 'fair'. How is the integrity of your 20 sided icosahedron die checked?

It's a software based virtual representation of a die. As good or as bad as the RNG and software implementation.

Got it. Didn't realize this was only for on line. If it is only for online and uses a RNG why not use a 19 sided die then?
