So I just watched the Wizard's YouTube video on 3-Card Poker and towards the end he talked about a "Flashing Dealer" (where the dealer accidentally exposes his/her bottom card). I have some questions pertaining to 3-Card Poker where it's dealt/played differently in the Los Angeles area casinos (where they purposely expose one of their hole cards).
At the Commerce Casino, Bicycle Casino, Gardens Casino and Hollywood Park Casino they have a variation of 3-Card Poker and I was curious how the numbers come out differently in regards to house edge and element of risk.
Differences:
*There is a $1 collection the casino takes from you for every hand you play (but only $0.50 at the Bicycle Casino if you only bet the ante with no side bets)
*They do not pay an Ante Bonus
*Every hand you play the dealer exposes one of their 3 hole cards
*There is an optional side bet you can make for $1 on your hand and/or $1 on the dealer's hand if you and/or the dealer flop a straight or better
Unfortunately at this time I do not know the pay tables for the Pair Plus side bet and the 6-Card Bonus side bet. From what I understand (and I could be wrong) they pay higher than in the traditional version played in Vegas to make up for the lack of Ante Bonus they don't pay here in the L.A. area. I can update this info in the near future if I'm able to get a hold of the pay tables info.
Anyway, I'm guessing it's impossible for anyone to calculate the house edge and EOR without the Wizard's help (and the full side bet pay tables info). But to find out these numbers is the objective of this thread.
ALSO wanted to know what the new strategy would be due to the dealer's hole cards that's exposed. Obviously you would fold a King High if the dealer exposes an Ace. However, what if you have King High and the dealer exposes a King as well? What must be the minimum requirements of my kickers in order to justifiably raise that hand?

Under his Strategy section I only see where he gives a strategy for if the player has Ace high. Maybe I'm having an issue with the browser I'm looking at this on in my phone?

No, it's a format error in the file. Someone has inserted clickable ads into the table, rather than after the table is closed on the page. I don't have edit access for that, but I'll send along a bug report. Thanks.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
