In the following denominations:
20 x 5
20 x 25
4 x 100
I don't love the 100s, but there's no changing the chips.
What game would you play and how would you play it to maximize the profit?

probably non-negotiable?
I'd go for low variance and high return to player, baccarat banker or a line bet in Craps [no odds]

the next time Dame Fortune toys with your heart, your soul and your wallet, raise your glass and praise her thus: “Thanks for nothing, you cold-hearted, evil, damnable, nefarious, low-life, malicious monster from Hell!” She is, after all, stone deaf. ... Arnold Snyder

Yes, non-negotiable.
I had though about a basic "don't pass" in craps. I just hate the idea of that one come out roll. But obviously if the 7/11 doesn't come up, the advantage is yours). Someone had mentioned a player bet in Baccarat. The Mrs. wants me to play the commission free Pai Gow.

Will they let you bank head to head (every other hand)? If so, seems like a good way to go. If not, you already have good ideas.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

I ended up betting the don't pass. After playing through about 60% of the chips, I was on track to win about $850-950 back (was the only roller at the table). Then this guy comes over and clears out two of my $100 chips. That was annoying. I took my final $100 chip and managed to win 4 hands at PG and cleared $1000 (that was pretty lucky on the Pai Gow).
