I think NY-NY and Planet Hollywood do but it's been a while since I've played.

When I was there in May, The Mirage had it.
When I was there in February, The Cosmopolitan and NYNY both had it.

Casinos are not your friends, they want your money. But so does Disneyland.
And there is no chance in hell that you will go to Disneyland and come back with more money than you went with.

On the MLife side: NYNY, Monte Carlo, Mirage, Bellagio (they have a couple tables that always save spot 7 as the Dragon. It's not a Fortune PGP table). I think Aria has Dragon hands too but I'm not positive on them.
MGM & Mandalay Bay just let you play two hands if you want. No need for a Dragon.

Gold Coast, just off the strip on the west side, adjacent to Palms and Rio. They have a lot of PGP tables, too, might be the most in vegas.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
