Let's say you call with 78o and the dealer turns over a K on the flop. Normally that would be a call, but you notice that two other players at the table immediately start tripling up. That would surely be enough to turn your hand into a fold, right? Is there any strategy based on your "outs" this way? I imagine this adjustment alone would greatly cut down the house edge compared to basic strategy. The only stuff I've found online are for outright collusion. Thanks!

Yup, to you, that K, might as well be a deuce. So with no straight and I assume no flush draw, I would fold also.
