Based on my visit, 16-21 October 2016.
Maybe it is subject to change based on the time of the day.
Excalibur:
The Pai Gow poker minimum is 15$ and not 10$.
There is not "texas holdem bonus" but UTH instead, 5$.
The roulete minimum is 10$, not 5$.
They have high card flush-not mentioned in your survey.
The craps machine is 1$ minimum, not 2$.
They have 1$(maybe 2$) blackjack machine with a "dealer"(pre-recorded dealer on a video), even money.
*Played at morning, noon and evening.
Luxor:
The Pai Gow poker is 15$ minimum, not 10$.
I think baccarat is 15$ too.
They have the interesting, fixed limit holdem heads-up with no rake. Worth mention in "poker variants".
*Do you have any strategy for this game? Is it really "fare" game? Is the AI beatable? It is really interesting.
**Played at noon.
MGM:
The video blackjack is 3$ and maybe even 2$ minimum, not 5$.
They have video baccarat-5$ minimum.
*Played at evening
Ceasars:
Three card poker is 5$ minimum, not 10$.
Craps is 10$, not 5$.

They have 2$ 6:5 video blackjack machine, almost sure.

New-York:
The minimum for crazy 4 poker and three card poker is 5$, not 10$
They have video roulette with no actual wheel(virtual wheel) and only one player on a machine, 1-2$(not sure), with single zero! Exempt from card point.
*Played on noon
Cromwell:
The Pai Gow minimum is 10$, not 15$.
The craps minimum is 5$, not 10$.
*Played at night
Paris:
Could not find any table less than 10$ as far as I remember.
*visited at night
